The Dot's Way
Dot's has been serving our community since 1988, and we believe some of the most meaningful celebrations are the ones that bring people together for a purpose. Throughout the year, Dot's Event Rentals considers opportunities to support local nonprofits, schools, fundraisers, charitable events, and community organizations.

Every event and organization has different needs. Depending on the request and availability, support may take different forms.

Request Support
To help us thoughtfully review your request, please send an email with as much information as possible about your organization, event, and the support you're requesting.
Include the name of the nonprofit, school, organization, group, or cause making the request.
Please include your name, email address, and best phone number.
Include the event or fundraiser name, event date, location, and expected number of guests.
Tell us a little about your organization, the purpose of the event, and who or what the event will benefit.
Please be specific about the support you're requesting from Dot's Event Rentals, including the rental items, donation, or other assistance you're seeking.
If you're requesting event rental support, include the items and approximate quantities you anticipate needing.
If applicable, include the estimated value or amount of support you're requesting.
Let us know when you need a decision or response from our team.
If applicable, include any recognition associated with the request, such as logo placement, social media recognition, event signage, tickets, or other partnership benefits.
Attach any event flyer, sponsorship packet, nonprofit information, or other materials that would help us review your request.
Before You Send
Please submit your request as early as possible, especially when requesting rental items for a specific event date. Rental support is subject to inventory and availability.
Because we receive many donation and community requests throughout the year, we're unable to fulfill every request we receive. Requests are considered based on timing, availability, community impact, and the information provided.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, but every request will be thoughtfully considered by our team.
